John is simply amazing; his in-depth knowledge, attention to detail, and his authentic love for helping people made every step of our real estate purchasing experience nothing short of incredible! From our first conversation, it was evident John had a deep knowledge of the market. He scheduled four showings for us in a row and created a super handy portfolio of each home that really helped us narrow down the right place for us. Next, John made finding the right home so fun and zero pressure! His kind and calm demeanor made the process seamless. Additionally, John spent the afternoon showing us little gems and points of interest in the neighborhood, so we were able to get a feel for the community as a whole. John answered our slew of questions and made a day I though would be stressful, so fun! After deciding on the home, John was able to help us negotiate a fantastic deal and we were able to close in less than 30 days! John is an 11/10! We highly recommend him!
